Welcome.

It’s lovely to meet you!

I’m Gaby Hill.

I’m a Clinical Psychologist who’s been practicing for nearly three decades (yep, I really love what I do!)

My superpower is making people feel understood, safe and heard.

I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, and am qualified and endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I also provide supervision for psychologists, coaches and other allied health professionals.

I’ve done extensive specialist training in the area of eating and body image issues, but am passionate about helping women navigate all the challenges that life throws at them (relationships, career, a general feeling of being lost or disconnected - I’ve got you!)

Everyone is welcome through my virtual door, the only prerequisite is that you come with an open mind and heart, ready to take inspired and empowered action.

I love to work with people where they’re at - not where anyone else thinks they should be.

Nothing lights me up more than seeing women come home to themselves, and living their lives in alignment with their values.

My interest in psychology was sparked when I was just a small girl.

With family members in a range of helping professions, a compassionate heart that I was birthed with, and a love of humans more generally, psychology was a very easy career choice for me.

As well as this, my life has been an unfolding of many of my own growth opportunities (aka challenges!) that have taken me on wild adventures into the depths of my mind and heart.

My personal journey, as well as those of my clients, has taught me that when we take small steps, change little things and allow ourselves to be led by what truly matters to us, life is able to flow with more joy and ease.

And when all else fails, a good dose of humour always helps!

Although I’m trained in Acceptance and Commitment therapy (which is a special favourite of mine!), Mindfulness and Compassion focused therapy, Psychodynamic therapy and Cognitive Behaviour therapy, I adapt the way I work to suit the individual needs of all my clients.

I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all, but rather, that each person is unique.

I take the time to get to know my clients, never make any assumptions or attach labels, and focus heavily on building connection and trust.

If you’re ready to start living the life that your heart is desiring, and that you deserve, then I’d love to walk that path alongside you.

Explore how we can work together.
