Here’s how we can work together
online 1:1 Support
I offer online sessions, via Zoom, to women all around Australia and the world.
Online sessions are perfect for you if you’d prefer to meet in the privacy, comfort and convenience of your own home.
$305 for an initial 60 minute session
$285 for subsequent 60 minute sessions
Rebates may be available through your GP under a Mental Health Care Plan, or through your private health insurance provider (if you’re currently living in Australia).

If you are dealing with food, mind, body, and weight challenges, I would encourage you to consider joining Food and Body Freedom when it next opens.
We meet virtually on a weekly basis throughout the 8 week course for coaching and discussion.
This is a perfect opportunity to be part of a community of like-minded women. Our small groups will provide you with coaching, loving support, accountability, encouragement, and a good dose of humour to make the changes you long for.
Our time together will be tailored to your needs. I don’t believe that there is a one-size-fits-all when it comes to living life. You are unique and only you know what is right for you. I’m here to walk alongside you, be your sounding board and help you see an alternative perspective.
Although you can book one session with me at a time, my personal and professional experience has taught me that the most profound and sustainable growth and shifts occur when you commit to a number of regular sessions over a consistent period of time. Many of us have spent years upon years tangling ourselves in a web of shame, judgement, unkind thoughts and unhelpful coping strategies, and it takes time to free ourselves from the patterns we have created.
